Rodman to rehab for fun and profit

There are two things we all know to be true about former NBA trainwreck Dennis Rodman: 1) He desperately needs professional help; and 2) He loves him some camera time. So it was with much rejoicing that we learned Monday that Rodman will appear as part of the cast of VH-1’s Celebrity Rehab 3. Being the cynical lot we are, we have total confidence that The Worm will exit Dr. Drew’s Trembling Hills facility as dysfunctional as he enters it, but oh what a journey it will be.

The fact Rodman won’t even be the screwiest bolt in the place (that honor will undoubtedly go to America’s redneck sweetheart Mindy McCready) speaks volumes to the greatness of this show. Dr. Drew will be back in all his well-intentioned glory, and of course there’s the added bonus of his hot assistant counselor (that would be her in the photo) — always a plus.

Sure, this season will be sadly deficient in its Busey quotient, but now we’re just nitpicking.
